About The Role

The Opportunity

MySleep Diagnostic Services is seeking a driven, experienced Territory Manager to own and grow our presence across Virginia. This is a high-impact, field-based sales role responsible for building and managing relationships with physicians, sleep clinics, cardiology practices, pulmonologists, and health systems across the territory.

You will be the face of MySleep in Virginia β€” introducing our suite of home-based diagnostic services to new accounts while deepening partnerships with existing ones. If you have a proven track record in DME or diagnostic testing sales, an established book of business, and the drive to build something meaningful, this role is for you.

Day To Day

Key Responsibilities

  • Territory ownership: Prospect, develop, and close new accounts across Virginia including physician practices, cardiology and pulmonology groups, sleep clinics, hospitals, and health systems.
  • Book of business: Leverage your existing relationships with physicians and healthcare decision-makers to generate immediate revenue from day one.
  • Account management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all active accounts β€” ensuring satisfaction, compliance, and consistent order volume.
  • Clinical education: Educate physicians, office staff, and clinical teams on MySleep's diagnostic services, proper patient candidacy, and ordering processes.
  • Pipeline management: Maintain an active, organized sales pipeline and provide accurate weekly reporting on territory activity, forecasts, and account status.
  • Insurance & billing support: Coordinate with MySleep's operations team to assist accounts with insurance verification, prior authorizations, and billing questions.
  • Market intelligence: Monitor competitive activity within the territory and communicate insights to leadership to inform strategy and pricing.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with MySleep's clinical, billing, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and fulfillment for all accounts.
  • Trade events: Represent MySleep at local medical conferences, trade shows, and physician networking events within the Virginia market.
  • Growth targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets aligned to territory quotas.
What We're Looking For

Requirements

Must-Have

  • 3–5+ years of sales experience in DME (Durable Medical Equipment), diagnostic testing, or a related healthcare services field.
  • Established book of business with active physician and/or healthcare system relationships in Virginia β€” you can open doors on day one.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a field-based, territory-driven role.
  • Deep understanding of the home diagnostics or cardiac/sleep testing space β€” including reimbursement, CPT coding, and Medicare/insurance workflows.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with physicians, office managers, clinical staff, and C-suite decision-makers.
  • Self-starter mentality β€” comfortable working independently in the field, managing your own schedule, and driving results without daily oversight.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; ability to travel throughout the Virginia territory regularly.

Preferred

  • Experience selling cardiac monitoring products (Holter, MCT, Event Monitors) or home sleep apnea testing.
  • Familiarity with Medicare billing for CPT codes 93228, 93229, 95806, and related diagnostic codes.
  • Existing relationships with pulmonologists, cardiologists, sleep specialists, or primary care physicians in Virginia.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Bilingual skills a plus.
